General Care Instructions
A hot dryer and an iron are ink’s enemies. Hang dry only and don’t iron if possible. If you must iron refrain from ironing the ink directly.
Turn apparel inside-out before washing to protect the print from fading. Avoid bleach or other abrasive fabric cleaners, like OxiClean or Shout, which may be great for cleaning the fabric, but can harm the print.

With regard to overall security, we always use industry standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged with our site. When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be authorized on the date your order is placed, but you will not be charged until the items ship. Depending on your banking institution, a pending authorization generally takes 2-3 business days to clear.

You may have noticed a pending authorization post on your account. The pending authorization for the full amount of an order is a common bank practice to verify an account’s authenticity and to ensure it has sufficient funds. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes.
Does APFC ship overseas?
Indeed we do! There is a flat fee of US$ 7.00 to ship anywhere outside the United States.
Why is my item on backorder?
Items that are not available for immediate shipment are placed on backorder and will ship at a later date within a few weeks time. Please note that while your credit card will be authorized on the date that your order is placed, you will not be charged for a backordered item until it ships.
Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change
Returns & Exchanges
All purchases may be returned within 15 days. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. For refunds to credit cards, we deduct $5 to cover shipping and restocking. Additionally, refunds may only be issued to the original credit card on file.

Exchanges are processed as a new order. Please fill out the form on our Returns Page here. We will then email you a return shipping label which you can use to ship your item back to us. Upon receiving your item we’ll remit payment to you less the original shipping cost. To complete your exchange simply go back to the website and make another selection.
How can I make changes to my order?

I received a damaged/defective/incorrect item.
